The virtues are: silence (at the right time), discipline and taking responsibility for one’s own destiny.

The vices are: inhibition, inappropriate restriction or limitation, grief, stinginess, excessive severity.

Saturn rules in Capricorn and Aquarius, in exile in Cancer and Leo, increased in Libra and in Fall in Aries.
