Incene with elecampane root

The elecampane root has been used for centuries to treat respiratory and digestive problems.

Here you can find out everything you need to know about the medicinal plant.
Elecampane root: effect of the medicinal plant

Elecampane has yellow petals and grows to a height of up to two meters. Even Hildegard von Bingen appreciated the effectiveness of the elecampane root. In the meantime, the medicinal plant has almost fallen into oblivion - completely wrongly:

The elecampane root is dug up and dried in autumn. After the summer, the root contains a particularly large amount of inulin – a dietary fiber that has a probiotic effect. The root therefore has a positive effect on digestion.

In addition, the elecampane root contains essential oils, is expectorant and helps with cramps. However, the most important component of the root is sesquiterpene lactones. This substance has an anti-inflammatory effect and kills pathogens.

But it can also be used for incense

In the incense, elecampane has a memory-strengthening, constructive and protective effect. The incense with the elecampane root purifies us. Depression and all forms of stress are usually driven away and with it negative and bad energies.

It works well for depressive moods, grief and mental problems.
